Rack House Kitchen and Tavern, located in the northwest suburbs, is a contemporary American restaurant and sports bar perfect for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and late-night dining. The rackhouse (or rickhouse) is where bourbon barrels are stored and aged. With this, Whiskey and Bourbon play a major role in many of the dishes and house made sauces.
