Rustic House Restaurant in Lincoln Park, Chicago, features classic American dishes utilizing fresh, farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Jason Paskewitz and restaurateur Ryan O’Donnell provide urbanites with fresh Midwestern dishes – many from an imported Rotisol French rotisserie – in an intimate environment. Seasonal ingredients are served along with Gepperth Meat Market meats and other carefully selected components to create exciting, updated dishes. The warm décor features natural raw materials including weathered barnyard walls, burlap wall treatments, Travertine tiled floors and artwork by local artists.

Rustic House is owned by husband-and-wife team Anna and Ryan O’Donnell and partner Chef Jason Paskewitz. The team also owns and operates the Michelin Bib-Gourmand-winning Lincoln Park “gem,” Gemini Bistro.
