The 3,000 square foot space is designed to be clean and contemporary with an Asian flare. A refrigerated conveyor belt system delivers a variety of sushi rolls to the tables, allowing them to choose the rolls they want. The plates will be color coded to determine the price of the item, ranging from $1.25-$6.25.

The menu features traditional Japanese fare with a few unique spins including Crispy Tacos, Crazy Jalapeno, Sushi Pizza and “ToGo Box Sets” for sushi lovers in a hurry. While the beginner and specialty sushi rolls are the main feature of the menu, the restaurant will also offer hot and cold small plates as well as Bento Boxes. Menu highlights include Adventure Sushi Pizza, $5.25, crispy rice topped with hirame, avocado, mango, onion, cilantro, mayo, tomato and cheese, Diablo Roll, $6.25, shrimp tempura, spicy tako, spicy tuna, avocado, mango, scallions and tobiko, and Mochi Ice Cream, $1.25.

In addition, focusing on a fun yet affordable concept, Sushi + will offer a selection of beer, wine and both hot and cold Sake.
