Texas de Brazil is family owned and operated. Started in 1998, the company has quickly grown into one of the country’s premier Churrascarias, currently operating 15 domestic locations and one international location. The restaurant’s menu consists of 15 grilled meats; all prepared in the traditional Brazilian method over an open flame and carved tableside by the restaurant’s authentically costumed Gauchos, as well as an elaborate salad area, wine list, dessert menu, full liquor bar and private rooms available for special functions.
