Barbakoa is a modern Latin bistro from the Buonavolanto family that was brought to bear by a restaurateur’s ‘dream team.’ Their mission was to bring casual fine dining with an urban vibe to the western suburbs. The family recruited renowned designer/restaurateur Jerry Kleiner, award-winning Chef Dudley Nieto and mixologist Adam Segar. The restaurant features a refreshing new approach to modern Latin cuisine in an inviting, upbeat atmosphere with a lively bar at the epicenter of several distinctive and colorful dining spaces.
